Helen Howie

Workshops to introduce you to working with Reiki energy and to deepen and advance your Reiki practice are available regularly throughout the year. As both a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, who also holds an MSc Adult & Continuing Education, Helen brings depth, experience and passion to all her courses.

Courses are small and very relaxed to ensure you
get the most out of your day. Dates can also be
negotiated so if you have an interest in a particular
workshop just contact Helen to discuss.

If you feel drawn to Reiki Mastership, Master Teacher
training is available by negotiation over four days. There will also be a Reiki Practioner/Master Training in Spain in 2013. Do contact for more details.

In September 2012, Helen is leading a
small group on a Sacred Healing Retreat to a
beautiful rural location in Southern Spain.
