Workshops to introduce you to working with Reiki energy and to deepen and advance your Reiki practice are available regularly throughout the year. As a both a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, who also holds an MSc Adult & Continuing Education, Helen brings depth, experience and passion to all her courses.
Courses are small and very relaxed to ensure you get the
most out of your day. Dates can also be negotiated so if
you have an interest in a particular workshop just contact
