Helen began training in kinesiology early in 1999 with Claire Tomlins, a leading exponent of "Three in One" kinesiology and Principal of  Harmony Kinesiology College. She became fully qualified as a professional kinesiologist in 2001. Helen began her Reiki learning in 1999, qualifying as a Reiki Master Teacher in 2006 with Reiki Master Lorna Maclean and as a Karuna Master Teacher in 2007 with Reiki Grand Master Elizabeth Harley. She has been running successful Reiki workshops since 2007, integrating her passions for Reiki, energy work and learning.
 
In addition to her training in energy-based therapies, Helen draws on her experience and skills in a range of areas such as stress management and adult learning. She has undertaken numerous courses and workshops and views her ongoing personal and professional development as central to her integrity as a practitioner. Helen has further undertaken many trainings,  including qualfying as an Angel Healing® Teacher , shamanism, breathwork, Lemurian Healing, Angelic Reiki Practioner, Isis Healing, EFT, Quantum Touch and is qualified in Indian Head Massage. She has been a student with Emaho since 2008.

In addition to her private practice, Helen worked as a therapist with a community stress centre for seven and a half years. She is passionate about supporting each of us as individuals in achieving our goals, whatever they may be and particularly loves working with people pursuing their spiritual unfolding.

Helen presently lives and practises in Scotland, in the Lanarkshire area, easily accessible from the central belt of Scotland. She offers clinics several days a week from Wheredragonsfly Therapies, a wonderful holistic therapy centre in the heart of Straven and from her home.
